Abstract
The subject of this bachelor's thesis is to assess the effectiveness of a particular investment project and its choice of financing method. The theoretical part deals with definition of investment, investment projects and investment decisions. Attention is paid to an analysis of particular investment efficiency evaluation methods and description of the main methods of financing investment. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis applies theoretical knowledge to real investment project, evaluate its effectiveness, and focuses on selection of the optimal method of financing.
