Posouzení vlivu případného zrušení limitů těžby na život obyvatel, sociálních a ekonomických aspektů přestěhování stávajících sídel do jiných lokalit

Abstract

Goal of this diploma work is to find out, which influences should have possible cancelation of Czech republic government resolution No. 444/1991, about setting of coal mining limits in Northern Bohemia, on people lives in endangered municipalities, to assess social and economical aspects of resettlement of current municipalities to another locations. Mining limits are still used as a governmental guarantee for Northern Bohemian municipalities, their environment won’t get worse, and that they will have future perspective for their existence (it means, that it makes sense to buy real estate in these locations, buy and build houses, repair roads, establishing companies etc.) In case of cancellation of the mining limits it will be necessary to solve complete resettlement of municipalities including infrastructure to another locations.
