Abstract

This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. First part examines microprocessor systems used in buildings. It focuses on the description of the systems, which are used in smart houses. It briefly describes sensors and their contribution to system management. Second part is focused on microcontroller Arduino, which is later used in own design of the smart home. Next is description of the principles of used sensors and their connection with microcontroller Arduino.
