Abstract
The work describes the HTA-PHEA method (respectively its modification HTA-PHEA 1.1) and its use for quantitative human reliability assessment in process industry (particularly during putting of rotary furnace to service). Based on implementation of assessment with HTA-PHEA 1.1 is evaluated its practical usefulness. The next section evaluates the human factor in terms of organization and the main problems, which the industrial organization has to deal with, are outlined there. The proven approaches and methods to the human error rate reduction (respectively to increase the human reliability) in industrial organization are finally listed.
