Uživatelské testování webových stránek startupového akcelerátoru

Abstract

Tato bakalřská práce se zabývá uživatelským testováním webové stránky programu Green Light. Cílem práce je pomocí metody uživatelského testování zjistit, zda je daná stránka pro uživatele přívětivá a zda na ní bez problému naleznou všechny požadované informace. Testování probíhá na základě předem sestaveného scénáře a výzkumný tým tvoří šest respondentů. Jednotlivý testovaní mají za úkol odpovědět na dané otázky a vyřešit na webu několik úloh. Následně je provedena analýza získaných dat, ze které vycházejí formulované návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení webu.

This bachelor thesis focused on the user testing of the start-up program Green Light. The goal of this thesis is to test the accessibility of the website for new users and to ensure they are able to navigate themselves and find all the relevant information. User testing is done by six people who follow prepared testing manual. Participants have to do particular tasks on the website and answer the questions in the manual. After that the data analysis of the testing is done. Based on the analysis the suggestions and recommendation are made in order to make the website better.
