Abstract

The aim of the thesis „Analysis of Employee Performance Management System in a Selected Bank“ is to analyze the process of employee performance management system in the selected bank and to suggest possible recommendations to improve the current system. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and deals with the explanation of basic concepts connected with performance management. This part contains basic concepts connected with management of human resources, employee performance, motivation of employees, employee evaluation, learning and development and rewarding employees. The second part is practical and focuses on analysis of the current system of employee performance management system in the selected bank. Based on the data from the questionnaire survey, recommendations to adjust and improve the current employee performance management system in the selected bank are presented.
