Abstract

HEJNYŠOVÁ, Eliška: Restaurace Nová Horka: Bakalářská práce. Ostrava, VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta stavební, Katedra architektury, 2022, Vedoucí práce Ing. arch. Pavel Řihák Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování částečné projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby Restaurace a malého obchodu. Stavba je navržena ve Studénce v zastavěném území části obce Nová Horka. Doplňuje stávající zástavbu a spolu s navrženými objekty vytváří dosud chybějící prostor pro náves. Budova je navržená moderně s ohledem na okolní vesnickou zástavbu. Urbanistické řešení, bylo navrženo v rámci předešlé studijní práce na VŠB–TUO, která byla použita jako podklad pro tuto bakalářskou práci. Práce je složena z textové části, která obsahuje průvodní a souhrnnou technickou zprávu, a výkresové části, která je zpracována v daném rozsahu zadání a doplněna o specializaci se zaměřením na architektonický detail.

Pavel Řihák The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an object with the function of a restaurant and a small store on the level of partial project documentation. The building is located in Studénka, urban area of Nová Horka district. The new object is complementary to the existing buildings and together with other buildings in the surrounding creates a new square, which has been missing so far in this area. The design of the building has a modern character which is respecting the rural atmosphere of the town. Urbanistic analysis and design were taken from the urban and architectural study prepared in the previous design studios at VSB-TU and serve as a recource for thic project. The bachelor thesis is divided into text documentation, which contains a technical report and drawing documentation which is supplemented by a specialization part which is focused on architectural detail.
