Posouzení možnosti financování podniku prostřednictvím emise dluhopisů v České republice

Abstract

The main topic and also the aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess whether the issue of corporate bonds is an appropriate way of financing the company’s own business plan. In the framework of he theoretical part, the general characteristics of bonds are described, including their subsequent breakdown, as well as the procedure of issuing corporate bonds in the Czech Republic, which is then applied in the practical part of the thesis. In order to achieve the given objective, other options of corporate financing are further defined, which subsequently serve as a comparative tool.
