Abstract

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on a specific building passportization using the CAFM system. Within the first part of the thesis the concept of Facility Management is clarified, as well as its history and the actual legislation, addressing the issues. The definition of passportization, its purpose and basic kinds of passport are approximated in the next chapter. The chapter is followed by the software support where is described what the CAFM systems serve for, where the CAFM systems add-on solution and the detailed description of the system selected for passportization and recommended methods of coding are provided. The second part of thesis focuses on the assigned building, the basic information about it and how to perform the passportization using the CAFM system.
