Thesis deal with question inquest possibility of obtaining financial resources social arrange for the elderly and analysis economic connection at rendition of services social care of fathers. In diploma work are circumscribed individual financing arrangements services welfare, that sharing on financing these services in homes fathers et al. stay arrange for fathers. Theoretic knowledge are applied on concrete Home of the Elderly. In theoretic parts is processed description basic legislature in the area social services in Czech republic, rating fathers, system welfare in Czech republic and description basic kinds and female former care of fathers. Further are circumscribed subjects and objects social policy, contributory organization planning in the area social services, how public funds, so private and bases their economy. In practical parts diploma work is effected analysis financing social arrange for fathers. Is high - wrought analysis of expenses from public budget for social arrange for fathers, further from supply and from budgets ÚSC. Also is devoted attention possibility of obtaining additional financial resources from abroad on financing social arrange for fathers among, that belongs to for example possibility of pumping agents from program switzerland-czech cooperation in the area welfare.
