Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je provedení části projektové dokumentace ve stupni pro vydání stavebního povolení pro budovu bytového domu. Stavba se nachází v k.ú. Dolní Marklovice na parcele č. 269/19. Bytový dům je samostatně stojící budova. Má jedno podzemní a tři nadzemní podlaží. V podzemním podlaží se nachází sklepní kóje, dílna a technická místnost určená obyvatelům bytového domu. V nadzemních podlažích se pak nacházejí samotné bytové jednotky. V další části BP je technologický postup provádění podlah v bytovém domě, časový plán ve formě harmonogramu a rozpočet technologické etapy „Podlahy“.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is execution of the part of the project documentation in the stage for the building permition of residental building. The building is located in the Dolní Marklovice cadastral area on plot No. 269/19. Residental building is a detached building. It has one underground and three above – ground floors. In the basement there is a cellar cubicle, workshop and the technical room for residents of residental building. In the above-ground floors there are housing units. In the next part of the bachelor thesis there is a technological soulution of floors in the residental building, time schedule and the budget of the technological part „floors“.
