Abstract
The subjects of the master thesis is the description of the survey work carried out in the investment construction warehouses and shopping centers. The work shows the sense of recovery of the brownfield, which was chosen for the location of the building. Among the topics of the thesis are selected the most important stages of the cooperation between the contractor of the construction and certified topographical surveyor for the smooth progress of surveying and construction works. Gradually the chapters are about the creation of a survey net of construction, laying-out works for spatial and height location of objects according to project documentation, orientation and the copies of the documentation of the actual construction. The chapters of the work are about the preparation and making of geodetic point field for laying-out works and the related geodetic reference system used in the Czech Republic. This work doesn't disregard description used in technical devices and accessories for reliable surveying in the field. Further the work assesses the quality of the GNSS technology for connecting measuring network construction in the system S-JTSK (Datum of Uniform Trigonometric Cadastral Network) and news of this sector for the acquisition of spatial data with this technology. Methods of measurement and technologies, that were used during the construction and the focus of the actual construction of the GNSS technology, technical levelling, polar method, orthogonal method, tachymetry, are described in sections on an ongoing basis. The work introduces the issue of creation of a geometric plan based on applicable laws and regulations. Continuously the work presents software products Geus, Geometer, MicroStation and Transform Max used in the preparation and subsequent processing of the data. At the conclusion of the work is the evaluation of the economic results in the solution of this construction.
