Abstract

The objective of thesis was to create information support for the movement of wood stock in the company Biocel Paskov Inc., which deals with the production of sulphite pulp, which is used for hygiene products, packaging for direct food packaging and production of graphic papers. The solution in the form of a dashboard was created in Oracle Business Intelligence, that the company has used to create different dashboards, containing mostly decadal values of input raw materials needed to produce pulp, which is wood chips. Dashboard contains the values obtained by the acceptance of wood and laboratory tests. Source database table from which it was used, is recorded in days and includes a quantitative value (on reserve, atro tons of biofuels, wood chips, wood pulp). Atro mean volume delivered tons of pulp or wood chips in an absolutely dry. Limit the dashboard includes a panel that uses a graphical visualization of aggregated user data for the selected period. The monitored values are mainly about biofuels wood chips and dietary fiber. In addition, it was added a daily list of variables and summary of five days with the largest values of the biofuel into the dashboard. Dashboard will be used primarily by workers taking over and controlling wood, which will allow better orientation in the information. When creating, it was encountered many problems that resulted from the complexity of the process of taking over wood. It was created a business process model framework in which the acceptance in more detail for better understanding. The most important point of the proposal was to create a business model that includes the award according to one dimension and time. The support staff of information technology and acceptance of wood it was managed to seek to deliver in excess of the award.
