Digitalizace stávajících staveb metodou BIM

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the use of the BIM method in passporting and the creation of a digital model of an existing building for a change of use. In the introductory part, the issue of BIM and the presentation of a specific object are explained. A search of classification systems was carried out, where the CCI classification system was chosen for the practical part. Furthermore, the data standard of buildings, graphic and information details and the IFC format are analyzed in detail. The modeling procedure is described in detail at the end of the work. Attached to the text part is a drawing of the original project documentation of the building, specifically the floor plan of the 4th floor. Furthermore, a comparison of visualization, cloud of points from laser scanning and photos of the actual condition. The output of this thesis is a model of the solved part of the building processed in the ArchiCAD 27 software. The graphic part also contains drawings of floor plans, passports of windows, doors and surfaces.
