Vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The aim of this dissertation thesis is to analyze the current system of education and development at the Hrabina primary school and kindergarten, Český Těšín, where my research was conducted. Data were obtained from internal information system of the organization, from interview with the management of the organization and using written questionnaire research, which were filled by 49 employees of the organization. 30 questions in the questionnaire were designed to reveal possible weaknesses of the education system. From the analysis of internal sources information and questionnaire research was found, that this organization has satisfactory system of education and development of employees considering the financial deficiency in this field. On the basics of theoretical knowledge originating from the special literature, internal information and results from questionnaire research, suggestions for improving current system of education and development of employees were determined. I can consider that the aim of the thesis was reached.
