Rozvoj měření výkonnosti procesu nakupování ve vybrané výrobní organizaci

Abstract

The aim of this master thesis is to analyze the current purchasing performance measurement system at MSA, a.s. and to propose its improvement. Based on the information obtained from the analysis of the current state there are proposed appropriate ways of performance measurement for each activity of purchasing process. The improvement of performance measurement of purchasing process is focused on a selection of the appropriate performance indicators, a description of these indicators, a design of the relevant relations and connections, and a data source identification of source of needed data, and also a way of data management and the usage of results in the practice. The proposal also contains other possible indicators which can be part of suppliers' evaluation.
