Česká republika v Schengenském prostoru

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je poukázat na nedostatky, jež souvisí s povědomím občanů České republiky o problematice Schengenského prostoru a členství ČR v něm. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola je věnována obecnému vymezení Schengenské spolupráce a historickému vývoji této spolupráce. Ve druhé kapitole je popsán přístup České republiky do Schengenského prostoru. Třetí kapitola popisuje zhodnocení efektů členství ČR v Schengenském prostoru. V závěru kapitoly je porovnáno povědomí občanů českého a slovenského národa.

The aim of this Bachelor Thesis is to refer to deficiencies which are connected to consciousness of the people of the Czech Republic about Schengen Area problems and membership of the Czech Republic in it. This Bachelor Thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to a common specification of Schengen Cooperation and historical development of this cooperation. The second chapter describes accessing of the Czech Republic to the Schengen Area. The third chapter describes the reviewed effects from the membership of the Czech Republic in the Schengen Area. At the conclusion of this chapter there is confronted the consciousness of the Czechs and the Slovaks.
