Analýza kvality ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat zhotovený produkt, u kterého se vyskytuje největší podíl neshod za určité období. Neshody budou odhalovány na základě dat, získaných z výrobního procesu. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do pěti částí. První částí je úvod, v němž je popsána řešená problematika a definován cíl diplomové práce. V další části je uvedena charakteristika závodu CETRIS. Ve třetí části je věnována pozornost teoretickým a metodologickým východiskům vymezujícím základní pojmy, přístupy a metody zlepšování kvality. V poslední části je provedena podrobná analýza zkoumaného produktu, provedeno vyhodnocení, podány návrhy na zlepšení a na závěr jsou veškeré výsledky práce shrnuty. Podle Paretovy analýzy bylo zjištěno, že nejčetnější neshodou je nedodržování tloušťkové tolerance u desek s nízkým tloušťkovým rozměrem. Dále byla provedena analýza oblastí, ve kterých se nedodržování tloušťkové tolerance vyskytuje nejčastěji. Bylo zjištěno, že neproblémovější oblastí jsou rohy desky. V neposlední řadě musely být určeny příčiny, které vedly k nedodržování rozměru. K této analýze byl zpracován diagram příčin a následků. Hlavními příčinami byly označeny špatná vlhkost směsi CTD, znečištění a špatné nastavení strojů a špatná vizuální kontrola. Na závěr této práce muselo být navrženo několik návrhů na zlepšení úspěšnosti společnosti. Bylo navrženo prodloužení doby vysychání třísky, průběžné čistění strojů mechanickým zařízením, důkladnější kontroly strojů při čištění, obnova strojového parku a zvýšení motivace zaměstnanců.

The objective of my extended essay is to analyse this product, which evidences the most of diferences during define time.These variances will be detect on the basis of the dates from produce. The disertation is broken up on five parts. The first is introduction with description of solved problems and defined the objective of extended essay.In the next part is introduced the characterization of the establishment CETRIS. The third part is dedicated to theoretical and methodolical processes, which define basic concepts,approaches and methods to improve of the quality.In the last part is accomplisheddetailed analysis of the searched product,practised the rates, presented the projects for improve, and in the final are every results sumarized. By the Paterys´ analysis was determined,the most of all disagreements is not observed the thickness dimension. Then was pursue the analysis of the areas, where the thickness dimension is not observed the most of frequently.It was determined, the most of problem areas are corners of the desk. At not last rank were determined causes, which led to not observing of the dimension.For this analysis was elaborated diaram of cause and consequences. There were idicated the main causes: wrong moisture of the mixture CTD, soiled and bad adjusted machines and the bad visual control. For the end it must be present a lot of proposals for the improving of the successful of the company. It was proposaled to extend the time of getting dry of the chip, running cleaning of the machines with mechanical works, the more solid examinatios of the machines during the cleaning, renovation of the machine park and to intensify motivation of the personal.
