Ochrana obyvatelstva v zóně havarijního plánování

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of population protection in the emergency planning zone of the Třinecké železárny company. In the theoretical part, a description of the current state of the problem is made, which includes the terms used in the area. Furthermore, a description of the protection of the population and the enterprise working with the hazardous substance is presented. Attention is paid to hazardous gases that cause a serious accident beyond the boudaries of the site and cause damage to property, the environment and endanger human lives. The main part of thesis is devoted to the assessment of the state of protection of the population in the emergency planning zone by comparing the method of warning and information abroad and in the other places in the Czech Republic. Subsequently, the results are summarized and proposals for their solution are presented.
