Abstract

The work deals with the increasing costs of unemployment in the case not breaking regional environmental limits on mining in the quarry CSA. The first part is devoted to the description of the current situation on the labor market in region. The following is a description of the costs of jobseekers with a focus on potentially redundant workers mining. The next part deals with the prognosis of mass layoffs due to decline of mining and its impact on employment in region. The last part of the thesis deals with the impact of layoffs on mandatory state expenditures in the social sector. The conclusion summarizes the findings regarding the influence not breaking regional environmental limits on mandatory state spending and employment.
