Abstract
The thesis deals with the analysis of delays and bottlenecks in HCC rolling mill, including the desing of applicable solution and its evaluation. In theoretical part the terms concerned with time distribution of process, production facility efficiency indicators, Pareto analysis and the Theory of constraints are described. Practical part comprises analysis of current state of delays, identification of bottlenecks and desing and evaluation of applicable solution.
