Abstract

The main subject of this thesis named "Education system in a manufacturing company" is to analyze education system in company Meopta - optics, inc. and propose possible improvements. Staff education is one of the main assumptions of the company competitiveness. The first part of this thesis is focused on theoretical analysis of business education in Meopta - optics, inc. The second part contains analysis of the current education system in Meopta - optics, inc. with a proposed changed regarding innovation in the current education program and performance evaluation of an employee on position mechanic.
