Vedení osobních financí

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vedením osobních financí, přičemž je práce rozdělena na teoretickou a na praktickou část. V první kapitole teoretické části byly charakterizovány osobní finance a finanční plánování. V druhé kapitole byly popsány a vysvětleny vhodné finanční instrumenty. Poznatky z teoretické části byly aplikovány na jednotlivých modelových domácnostech, pro které byl sestaven finanční plán zohledňující jejich životní situaci a finanční cíle. Na závěr bylo porovnáno reálné zhodnocení investic do různých aktiv.

This thesis focuses on the management of personal finances and is divided into theoretical and practical parts. Personal finance and financial planning were characterized in the first chapter of the theoretical part. In the second chapter, appropriate financial instruments were described and explained. The knowledge from the theoretical part was applied to individual model households for which a financial plan was drawn up taking into account their life situation and financial goals. In the end, the real appreciation of investments in different assets was compared.
