Abstract

KECLÍKOVÁ M., Tools for Supporting Decision Making Processes of Crisis Staffs in Portugal, Bachelor thesis, VŠB – TU Ostrava, 2015, 50 pages This bachelor thesis solves issue of tools which are used to support decision making process for crisis management staff in Portugal. It is divided into three parts. The first one explains activity and structure of crisis management staff in Portugal. The second one is focused on management decisions, decision-making process and crisis management staff inclusion into the group of decision-makers. There are characterized decision support tools which are used by crisis management staff in Portugal in the third part and their role in the decision-making process. In conclusion, the work is focused on integration of decision support tools in decision-making process of crisis management staff in Portugal. There is also outlined the problem of availability and improving of these tools.
