Abstract

The subject of the thesis "the effect of the crisis on the provision of banking products in the Czech Republic" is the analysis of the impact of the global crisis on the development of the construction industry, including analysis of the consequences of this impact on the provision of financial products for financing housing. The paper first depicted the core providers of financing of housing, the work dedicated to the mortgage loans and building society schemes, analysis of the emergence of the financial crisis and its impact on the development of the construction industry and finally describes the development of financial products and financial theory, describes the current financial products and products of MPSS.

Subsequently, based on established information designed specifically for MPSS, within the processes and product, which would lead to an increase in the effectiveness of current sales of banking products.
