Zpracování ekonomické analýzy podniku z odvětví stavebnictví

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na ekonomickou analýzu podniku ve stavebnictví. V teoretické části práce je nejprve vysvětlena problematika strategické analýzy popsaná pomocí metod PEST a Porterovou analýzou pěti konkurenčních sil, posléze se práce zabývá problematikou finanční analýzy a jejich ukazateli. Největší část finanční analýzy patří poměrovým ukazatelům. V Praktické části diplomové práce je popsán podnik, jeho prostředí a pomocí účetních výkazů vytvořena finanční analýza z let 2016-2020. Zjištěné výsledy jsou interpretovány a graficky znázorněny pod vybranými ukazateli. Výstupem práce jej zhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku a návrh doporučení.

The master thesis is focused on the economic analysis of a company in construction. The theoretical part of the thesis first explains the issues of strategic analysis described using the methods of PEST and Porter's five forces analysis, then the thesis deals with the issues of financial analysis and their indicators. The largest part of the financial analysis belongs to the ratios. The practical part of the diploma thesis describes the company, its environment and financial analysis created with the use of financial statements from the years 2016-2020. The obtained results are interpreted and graphically represented under selected indicators. The result of the work is its evaluation of the financial health of the company and a draft recommendation.
