Srovnání výdajů samosprávných krajů v ČR v odvětví kultury

Abstract

The thesis deals with the comparison of expenditures of self-governing regions in the culture. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the financing of culture from the budget of the regions in 2012-2016. To assess the differences, cultural expenditures are selected for the activities of museums and galleries, libraries, theater and music activities. The difference is assessed using selected indicators, such as the number of inhabitants and the number of organizations. Each analyse part of correlation and dependence is supplemented with recommendation of funding culture. In addition the thesis aims to the creation of regional budgets and the analysis of their economics. Regions are setting up their budgets that should reflect their economy as precisely as possible.
