Role motivace zaměstnanců v pracovním prostředí

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of employee motivation and its impact on the working environment. The aim of the thesis is to analyze key motivational factors and assess their effect on employee performance, satisfaction, and turnover. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of motivation, an overview of motivational theories, and a description of methods used to support employee motivation within organizations. The practical part is based on quantitative research conducted through a questionnaire survey. The chi-square goodness-of-fit test method was used to verify the established hypotheses. The main finding of the thesis is that the high employee turnover is primarily caused by the nature and demands of the work itself, combined with the lack of opportunities for career advancement.
