Abstract

The issue which is discussed increasingly in companies is the optimization of purchasing processes. Purchasing management is planned strategically in modern companies. The emphasis is on the efficiency of purchasing processes and cooperation with other administrative units. Innovative changes in purchase are affecting the competitiveness of a company in fundamental manner. One of the options of innovative direction is to implement a new model of purchasing process that is informative system. The result of this thesis is to propose this model in purchasing management in VÍTKOVICE MACHINERY GROUP.
