Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the assessment of the level of safety and health protection at work in a home for the elderly. The introductory part lists the basic concepts, abbreviations and legislation related to OHS. It is also devoted to the approach of selected documentation to ensure safety at work. The second part of the thesis deals with the description of a selected home for the elderly, specifically Obecně prospěšná společnost Sv. Josefa, o.p.s. Part of the work is a risk analysis for this organization and evaluation of existing health and safety documentation. At the end of the work, measures are proposed to improve the current state of health and safety with regard to the psychosocial risks to which employees of the facility are exposed.
