Abstract
The aim of the thesis " Business Plan and Establishing of a Small Enterprise" is to develop a business plan for a small business.
The first part is devoted attention to basic notions, small and medium-sized enterprises, business plan and setting up a business.
The second part is practical, there is described a specific business plan for construction company and also the steps that precede the establishment of a limited liability company. The second part is mainly based on the first part (theoretical) are applied the information about the business plan and the establishment of a limited liability company.
