Testování vybraných flokulačních činidel při separaci tuhé fáze z fugátu

Abstract

This thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical laboratory section.First part deals with the description of anaerobic fermentation , during which arises out of the biogas fermentation also the rest of the digestate, which can be obtained by separation by centrifugation liquid component fugate and solid rest. The properties and current ways of „digestate“ managment are also presented in this part of thesis. The next theoretical section describes the dispersion system from which fugate consists and description of stabilization and destabilization of the dispersion system. The last part of the theoretical part deals with the flocculation process and a description of flocculation agents and their effects on the colloidal system, including aspects affecting this agents. Simultaneously, there is shown the character now used synthetic flocculants . The practical part deals with the research and finding apropriation of the flocculants using to fugate and evaluation of selected flocculation agents.
