Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti podniku poskytujícího služby

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the competitiveness of the service company in the pumping and hot water technology market and to suggest how it could improve its position on the market. Competitiveness assessment is based on an external environment assessment using a modified Porter analysis of five competing forces, on the basis of an internal environment using selected ratios and at the same time verifying the viability of the company. The results obtained with other factors will be captured in the SWOT analysis and strategies for increasing the competitiveness of the company.
