Abstract
The aim of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation in the scope of implementation of the construction according to Decree 499/2006 Coll.
The project is divided into building and sanitary engineering. The building part solves the two-storey office building - Training center in Luhačovice, which will not be permanently occupied.
Part of sanitary technology is focused on indoor water supply, sewage and rainwater sewerage and reuse of rainwater in the building.
