Analýza využití RFID-EPC pro automatizaci elektronické ochrany zboží v oblasti textilního průmyslu

Abstract

The thesis describes the modern radio frequency technology (RFID) for identification of the objects allowing transmission and storage of data. The first part is an overview of the application environment of RFID technology and the standards used in this area. In the following there is a description of the benefits of applying RFID-EPC technology in the textile industry. The next part presents an overview of existing electronic article surveillance systems. The fourth part consists of a technical documentation for introduction of RFID system, electronic article surveillance in the retail environment. The last part deals with the reference measurement of textile production made by ILAB methodology together with specifying potential pitfalls of RFID technology in the UHF band. In the conclusion of the thesis there is a description of a demonstration of electronic article surveillance in the ILAB laboratory.
