Analýza procesu přidělování obecních bytů v podmínkách vybraného města

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on detailed description of the process of municipal flats allocation in conditions of selected town, which in this case is the town of Šumperk. Individual types of flats, which are owned by the town and also conditions, which must be fulfilled for the applicant to have a chance of getting the flat are described in this thesis. Further there are mentioned individual criteria, which are judged by the committee in the process of reviewing the requests and point rating of each of the possible variants. In the final part there are outlined the cases of six applicants, who have different life situations and these are then evaluated in the same way as they would be in the reality. Then there is the evaluation of the results and also there is written which of the applicants has the biggest chance of getting the flat.
