Abstract

In my bachelor thesis I focus on marketing communication sheltered workshops in the B2B markets. I conducted a market research in the form of a questionnaire. Potential buyers of a selected sheltered workshop filled out the questionnaire. From these data, I found the opinion of potential buyers for each resources of marketing communication of the sheltered workshop and compared the dependence between the answers and the number of employees, the region of activity and the field of business. After the analysis I made my suggestions and recommendations for sheltered workshop.
