Návrh alternativní pohonné jednotky pro prototyp vozidla E-Buggy

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of currently used LEM200-D13 engines, their negative properties and market research for the selection of adequate replacement. Furthermore, the newly selected electric motor Motenergy ME 1304, its power parameters and connection using new inverters are described here. The work also includes a description of a possible cooling solution and calculation of the size of the cooler for a system of four ME1304 electric motors. Design of a new electric motor housing in E-Buggy, description of individual components and production drawings for these components. The conclusion of the work is devoted to the connection of the electric motor to the converter and the connection to the motor brake for measuring power parameters in laboratories at the Faculty of Materials Technology, together with the results obtained.
