Abstract

This work deals with the evaluation of thermo-mechanical and thermo-physical properties of magnesium alloys AM60, AMZ40 and AJ62. Furthermore, the observed microstructure in order to verify the effect of metallurgical processing of the surveyed characteristics. In the theoretical section lists the types of casting magnesium alloys, their characteristics and overview of possible applications. Also describe possible ways of metallurgical processing of magnesium alloys. In the experimental part deals with the evaluation of monitored alloys at elevated and high temperatures. The influence of metallurgical processing of the assessed property and the resulting structure of magnesium alloys.
