Návrh podnikatelského záměru e-shopu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on elaboration of an e-shop business plan which will be offering PC hardware and software. At this time the e-shop is in process of preparation and the main goal of this thesis is to evaluate the vialibility and competitiveness at the current market. Theoretical part is focused on entrepreneurship definition, e-shop operation and theory of risk and project management. In the practical part the chosen legal form, specific business plan, company´s processes and risk analysis and it´s possible optimization are described.
