Ochrana produktovodů před intencionálními útoky extremistických a teroristických skupin

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce slouží k vymezení produktovodů jako prvků kritické infrastruktury. Dále je zde řešena obecná problematika produktovodů a rovněž jejich fyzická ochrana. V závislosti na analýze aktuální a predikované bezpečnostní situace v České republice a Evropské unii v kontextu s extremismem a terorismem, jsou navržena variantní řešení při zohlednění technické, technologické a ekonomické náročnosti ochrany produktovodů před intencionálními útoky extremistických a teroristických skupin. V konečné fázi práce je vybrána multikriteriální analýzou jedna varianta.

One of the goal of this thesis is to define pipelines as element of critical infrastructure. There are also mentioned general issues of pipelines as well as their physical protection. In next part of this thesis alternative solutions were designed, depending on analysis of current and predicted security situation in Czech republic and European union by extremist and terrorist groups. These alternative solutions were designed by taking technical, technological and economic performance into account. In the final phase of this thesis one of these variants is selected by multi-criteria analysis.
