Startovací bydlení

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby startovacího bydlení v Opavě – Předměstí na úrovni částečné projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Podklady a zdroje pro zpracování této bakalářské práce byly převzaty z urbanistické a architektonické studie vypracované v předmětu Ateliérová tvorba I. a z projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení z předmětu Ateliérová tvorba Va. Práce je rozdělena na textovou a výkresovou dokumentaci. Textová část obsahuje technickou zprávu a výkresová část je doplněna architektonickým detailem veřejného prostoru. Konceptem této bakalářské práce je zasazení objektů do terénu a dispoziční návrh 36 bytů o dvou až třech obytných místnostech a 48 garáží. Novým návrhem se na místě chátrajících objektů původních garáží vytvoří moderní startovací byty včetně parkovacích a garážových stání, kterých je v dané lokalitě nedostatek.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of Youth Apartments in Opava – Předměstí on the level of partial project documentation. Data and resources for the elaboration of this bachelor's thesis were taken from the urban and architectural study prepared in the subject of Atelier Design I. and from the project documentation for the building permit from the subject of Atelier Design Va. The bachelor thesis is divided into text and drawing documentation. The text documentation contains a technical report and the drawing documentation is supplemented by an architectural detail of the public space. The concept of this bachelor's thesis is integration of objects onto the terrain and layout design of 36 apartments with two to three living rooms and 48 garages. The new design will create modern start-up flats on the site of dilapidated buildings of the original garages, including parking and garage parking spaces, which are in short supply in the given locality.
