Cirkulární ekonomika jako nástroj podpory neustálého zlepšování v systému managementu kvality

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the theoretical analysis of utilizing circular economy principles as a tool to support continuous improvement in quality management systems according to ISO 9001. The thesis is based on a literature review of scholarly studies published after 2015. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of quality management systems and circular economy. Subsequently, theoretical connections between both concepts are analyzed, including the identification of synergistic effects and key implementation challenges. Based on the synthesis of scholarly literature, the main factors of successful integration are identified: strategic anchoring, process redesign, technological support, and human resource development. The result is a proposal of theoretical measures at three management levels that support the use of circular economy as a tool for continuous improvement. The thesis demonstrates that the process approach of ISO 9001 provides a suitable framework for managing circular material flows.
