Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the financial analysis, which is part of the financial decision. Financial analysis is a very useful tool for assessing the current financial situation. The goal is a financial analysis of the Revolt, s.r.o. for 2006-2010, including the assessment and proposal to improve management efficiency. The first section describes the theoretical background needed for analysis such as: users of financial analysis, necessary statements and used methods. The application part is first devoted to the presentation of the company and then to practical calculations, including interpretation. Achieved results are summarized in the following chapter, which is also devoted to suggestions for improving the adverse situation.
