Analýza možností různých přístupů při procesu rozhodování o nejlepší nabídce dodavatele

Abstract

This BA thesis describes an analysis of various approaches within the decision-making processes - in this case a selection of the best supplier offer. In the first part I describe a sample company and its commercial needs. The analysis focuses on the acquisition of various elements of the offer for further use - regardless of whether they are acuired to fulfill the company's own needs or they are aimed to be re-sold. In the second part of the thesis, I focus in detail on the selection of a supplier of a energy-related commodity - i.e. natural gas. The analysis focuses on the purchase and consequent supply of the commodity at the lowest possible price so that the overall trade is as cost effective as possible. The chapters are structured as consequent steps leading towards the selection of the supplier with the means of e-auction. These chapters (steps) are amended with concrete examples. At the end of the thesis I evaluate the advantages of the dynamic online comparison of offers (including price estimates) through the means of e-auction
