Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to design a transformation in the required form. Using marketing tools to survey of the economic subject - The Winery Nosreti. Design a strategic goals and products that enable economic and social growth while respecting the principles of sustainable tourism principles and rules of environmental protection. The results will establish a basis for conversion of existing economic subject in modern company, operating in accordance with the maintenance of cultural heritage and of folklore heritage, historical working practices and wine traditions of the southern Moravia. Includes initiate regular, never-ending use of marketing tools in the creation of strategic plans and objectives.
