The subject of this diploma thesis is the processing of project documentation for the implementation of construction according to the Decree 499/2006 Coll. as amended by the amendment No. 62/2013 Coll. on documentation of buildings. The diploma thesis contains a text part, which includes an accompanying report, a summary technical report, a technical report of the architectural-building solution and a static assessment of the monolithic reinforced concrete staircase. Furthermore, the thesis contains a drawing part including an annex of the thermal technical assessment of the circumferential structures and the energy label of the building envelope according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011). The basis for the thesis was the study processed in the subject Project I and its further elaboration in the subject Project II.

The construction of the administrative building is in the town of Zlín, in the local area of Louky. The new building of the administrative building represents a detached building on five above-ground floors. Within the building there are office space, common areas and a sales area.
