Abstract

Analysis of Causes of Nonconforming Products Occurance a Car part Producer

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the use of suitable tools in the quality management of an automotive parts manufacturer with the aim to reduce the number of non-conforming items.

The theoretical part is devoted to the issue of non-conforming items, successive introduction, theoretical elaboration and understanding suitable quality management tools.

The practical application of the thesis is aimed at the utilization of suitable quality management tools, the evaluation of the causes of nonconforming products occurrence and successive proposals to improve the process of manufacturing automotive parts from April 2015 to June 2015. The practical application also includes the comparison and evaluation of corrective measures and the summary of their effectiveness.
