Redefinice procesu vzdělávání a rozvoje soudců a justičních pracovníků na Okresním soudě v Ostravě

Abstract

This thesis deals with the process of education and development of judges and other employees of the District Court in Ostrava. The theoretical and methodological part are mentioned theoretical basis of education and the development of judicial staff and judges. The application-verification of the theoretical part is applied in practical part. The thesis describes the characteristics of the District Court in Ostrava. There are also informations about Judicial Academy in Kroměříž as the main training center for the judiciary mentioned. There are also analyzed results of a survey and subsequent interviews with the staff of the District Court in Ostrava. The results showed that the training and development at the district court in Ostrava exists primarily for judges, senior court clerk and court secretary, while the reporter is not trained nearly all.
