Abstract

"Sídlo a systém, systémová analýza v hodnocení udržitelnosti a urbanistické ekonomie sídelní struktury" se zaměřuje na zkoumání procesů urbanizace, de-urbanizace v kontextu udržitelného rozvoje městských oblastí. Práce analyzuje demografické a ekonomické faktory, které ovlivňují změny v městských strukturách s důrazem na jev smršťujících se měst. Cílem je identifikovat signály a faktory, které indikují začátek procesu smršťování a navrhnout nástroj ke zmírnění negativních dopadů na městskou strukturu.

"Settlement and system, system analysis in the assessment of sustainability and urban economics of the settlement structure" focuses on the investigation of processes of urbanization, de-urbanization in the context of sustainable development of urban areas. The work analyzes demographic and economic factors that influence changes in urban structures, with an emphasis on the phenomenon of shrinking cities. The goal is to identify signals and factors that indicate the beginning of the shrinking process and to propose a tool to mitigate the negative consequences on the urban structure.
